new and clean facility
a bit far from shibuya and ginza. subway access was a bit far like 10-15 but JR Line was 6 mins away

大井町駅から近く、どこに行くにも便利でした。 周りには飲食店が多く、ホテルの隣には商店もあり、外食も自炊も便利❗️ ショッピングにも適していて、とにかく立地は最高でした。 ホテルも綺麗で広く快適に過ごせました！ 連泊なので、乾燥機があることがこのホテルの決めてでした！
とても綺麗で快適でしたが、ソファーをベットにすると、背もたれの間が食べカスなどで汚れていたのは残念でしたが、他はとても良かったです。 アメニティも充実してましたが、くしもあるとありがたいです。 近くに100円ショップなどもあるので、何か必要なものが出てきても、困ることはありませんでした！

Not much of issue at all, but you need to take out trash/rubbish in accordance with the instruction provided by the operator. Please understand as it’s to follow Tokyo requirement for garbage collections.
