Everything was absolutely perfect — the location, transportation, cleanliness, spaciousness, and the host. The iPad check-in process was very convenient and easy to use. When we arrived early and needed to leave our luggage, we used the iPad to make a video call. A lovely Southeast Asian lady answered and communicated with us in English, which was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. There is also a convenience store right downstairs, making it easy and affordable to buy anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again next time! Highly recommended! ❤️

a bit far from shibuya and ginza. subway access was a bit far like 10-15 but JR Line was 6 mins away

大井町駅から近く、どこに行くにも便利でした。 周りには飲食店が多く、ホテルの隣には商店もあり、外食も自炊も便利❗️ ショッピングにも適していて、とにかく立地は最高でした。 ホテルも綺麗で広く快適に過ごせました！ 連泊なので、乾燥機があることがこのホテルの決めてでした！

とても綺麗で快適でしたが、ソファーをベットにすると、背もたれの間が食べカスなどで汚れていたのは残念でしたが、他はとても良かったです。 アメニティも充実してましたが、くしもあるとありがたいです。 近くに100円ショップなどもあるので、何か必要なものが出てきても、困ることはありませんでした！

部屋は十分な広さでした。 台所、レンジ、ダイニングテーブルもあり便利でした。
