ANS Hanza Tower Apartment - 22nd floor with city view, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, viewing terrace

Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend, die Lage ist super, vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Anbindung an Tram und Bus und vor dem Hanza Tower ist ein guter Platz um mit dem Uber zu starten. Der Stil der Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön.

Das Bett ist zu weich. Die Küche könnte noch ein paar mehr Kochutensilien, vor allem Kochmesser vertragen.

Unfortunately I had a significant issue with the bathroom. Whenever I took a shower, water leaked across the bathroom floor and even reached the hallway. I contacted a staff member and asked for assistance, but the response I received was simply, “Don’t use too much water.” I found this disappointing, as a properly functioning shower should be usable normally without flooding the bathroom or hallway. This was the main negative point of my stay. I hope management addresses the shower/drainage issue and provides a more helpful response to future guests when problems like this are reported. I would also like to make one suggestion to the management. It would be great to offer a military/service-member discount or special promotion for military personnel staying at the property. This could be something simple, such as a reduced accommodation rate, discounted or complimentary parking, breakfast, or another small benefit. I believe this would be a thoughtful way to recognize service members and could make Hanza Tower an even more attractive place for military personnel visiting Szczecin.
