Terrace with sea view

The view from the terrace is very nice, and the living room is big. The home well furnished, with everything you need. There is no air conditioning, but with the windows open the apartment was well ventilated. The location is handy, in a quiet and peaceful place.

The apartment is overall attractive, but it is a bit dated and would benefit from better maintenance. Upon arrival, we experienced several issues with both the electrical and plumbing systems, which have been only partially resolved. There was a significant water leak under the sink caused by multiple temporary repairs to the drain that were been badly applied. On the evening of our arrival, a short circuit occurred when we switched on the entrance light, causing both the entrance and kitchen lights to stop working. These areas remained without lighting for the entire duration of our stay. The property itself was generally clean, and the cleaning service managed by the hosting agency was good. However, the cupboarf contained a considerable amount of old food, presumably belonging to the owners, which could attract insects. Since the kitchen was left without lighting, we used a flashlight and spotted a couple of pest near the sink and another on cupboard’s door. The host was polite and courteous but rather absent. Despite the maintenance issues, they did not personally take charge of resolving the problems and were not particularly responsive to messages.
