A newly renovated and furnished house in a quiet residential area. Everything corresponds to the pictures. Walking distance to the train station (30 minutes to Venice), a store, and a restaurant. Air conditioning in all rooms. A pleasant small ground-floor terrace for morning coffee. A truly pleasant place for a peaceful vacation and perfect as a base for exploring the surrounding area.

Everything was great. Location to Venice was ideal with about 30 min train ride to Venice. Dolo train has no parking fee. The house was impeccably clean and then air conditioning was powerful for southern Americans that like it cool. Nicoletta great and recommended a restaurant and sites. She left some breakfast toast, jellies, milk and juice for our 3 night stay which was so convenient that we didn’t have to go rush out in the am to get a small bite. There was a washer and also a dryer which was convenient.
Nothing it was perfect.
