The building is very new and modern, access was easy using the pre-arranged codes. There is a convenience store right under the building. The old town area is accessible by a 5 minute walk. Even though it's on the main riverside road there's almost zero noise. The room is okay and well equipped.

Parking is only available via the building's own garage which has a daily price. Finding a parking spot on the street is quite hard. Apart from that, there's really not much negative stuff at this price range.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem neuen Häuserkomplex. Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Haus direkt darunter. Ein Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuss gut in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Bad hat eine große, moderne Dusche. Die Single Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die haben wir aber nicht gebraucht da wir die örtlichen Restaurants besucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin ist problemlos auf Englisch.

Parken ist eine teure Angelegenheit. Ich wollte mein Auto nicht an der Straße abstellen. Für 2 Übernachtungen habe ich in der Tiefgarage (öffentlicher Parkraum) 90 Euro bezahlt. Da ist beim nächsten Mal bestimmt noch Verbesserungspotential vorhanden.

Набережная . Отличная транспортная развязка. Близко к Старому городу. Чисто и аккуратно. Удобная кровать. Красивый комплекс.

Отсутствие микроволновки.

Lokalita byla naprosto perfektní, jste přímo v centru a všude je to doslova kousek v docházkové vzdálenosti jednotek minut. Ubytovaní odpovídá fotkám. Majitelka perfektní, starostlivá, ochotná. Parkování auta zajištěno na parkovišti nedaleko od apartmánu. Pokud jste ještě nebyli v Primoštenu, určitě doporučuji. Budete nadšení.
