Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til vårt behov; nær kafeer og det hyggelige livet i Centro Storico. Nær kafe, dagligvarebutikk, fint bakeri. Enkel parkering og lett å komme seg til de flotte strendene på den Ioniske kysten. Bygget i seg selv er en opplevelse, med takhøyder over 7 meter. Hele leiligheten fremstår delikat og nyoppusset.
Prospektet beskriver to bad; bare det ene er fullverdig med dusj, det andre er et fint toalett med vask. En viktig del av huset for oss, var en tilgjengelig terrasse. Ved ankomst var denne stengt på grunn av problemer med alle duene. Eier har lovet å utbedre dette.
