Casa de Mara was absolutely breathtaking! Nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains of Santa Marta, this beautiful little paradise offered incredible views, amazing flora and fauna, a lovely pool, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. The interior was just as inviting, with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful details that made the home feel warm and welcoming.
The road to the property is unpaved, and air conditioning is available only in the master bedroom and game room. However, the stay was absolutely worth it. The river is easily accessible from the property, providing a beautiful place to enjoy the lush, jungle-like surroundings and peaceful natural setting.
We will definitely be back! 10 out of 10—you will not be disappointed!
