I loved the helpful staff, the room amenities and the cleanliness.

The location is a problem. The address on Booking may not be accurate. I got a local taxi from downtown and it took me to a private villa with the same address. I started texting the property management but standing on a busy road with no sidewalks while texting and awaiting responses (since no one picked up the phone provided) was a risky business. Finally, I walked o a nearby place named Spicy and it turned out to be the right location. The problem was that the name Spicy appeared precisely nowhere on my booking emails. There was no clear address either. To get to downtown you need a shuttle from a nearby camping place also reachable by the same sidewalkless road (very precarious for pedestrians). From that point on my experience improved but there's got to be a better way. Later I discovered messages from the host on my WhatsApp with the name spicy but I did not see it until after check in as no one warned me to expect a WhatsApp message. Absurd!
