SR Las Cancelas 3BDR townhouse in Marbella Centre

Great location, very close to Old Town as well as Puente Romano and Puerto Banus. This townhouse is fully y / literally nothing is missing except AC units as it can get very hot in Summer, they provide us with brand new fans immediately however too noisy to sleep.

There was dirt and hair everywhere, dust above kitchen hood and chairs, skirting boards and staircase, dust on bedsheets, I had to clean the bathrooms before we could use them, the washing machine had mold and the dryer hadn’t been cleaned at all after last usages, had to clean those as well before we could use it. Terrace was very dirty and dusty, we experienced cockroaches on the terrace which most likely increased post pest control. I shared pictures and they sent a cleaner but nothing inside was cleaned, tissue and dirt was left under the sinks in bathroom. Addressed a second time but that was totally ignored. Raised the issue to booking.com who kindly actioned. If they update and ensure attention to cleaning this house is a gem.

It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially loved the private patio at the front of the house, which was a lovely place to relax. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication with the host was easy, prompt, and friendly, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Zona residencial muy bonita y cómoda, ideal para pasar unos días en Marbella. Fácil aparcar y poder moverse desde ahí
