Apartments Palaziol

Wie hatten 2 Balkone und 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche. Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgerichtet.

Es war alles schön, an der Unterkunft, sei es die Nette Vermieterin und das ganze Ambiente. Einziges Manko war der winzige kleine Kühlschrank für 4 Erwachsene Menschen.

Very spacious and clean, with plenty of storage room for clothes and travel bags in both bedrooms. The big terrace in front of the house was great for having coffee and chilling, with a view of the front yard. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic meal prep. Having a parking spot in front of the house was very practical, although there's limited parking room (typical of coastal towns). The hostess was a lovely old lady, very warm and welcoming. If we ever happen to look for an apartment in Rovinj, we'll come here again!

The water heater was nowhere to be found, so we couldn't see how much warm water was left. This is not ideal when 4 people come back from an all-day hike and everyone wants to shower. The last person always seemed to get a cold shower.

Location, bit far from the center

Close to the sea. A quiet place (which is good for families).

The apartment was dirty when we arrived: spider webs, dust, dirty floor, toilet with yellow stains and so on. It looked like some places had not been cleaning for months. We told the owner about this and he promised to clean everything the next morning. There were no single apologies. Next morning they cleaned the apartment but some places were still dirty: for example, doors, corners, balconies, some kitchen appliances. In other words, they cleaned only what we showed them in the evening. And nobody asked if we were OK with that. As a result, we cleaned a fridge, microwave, and teapot ourselves. We also didn't like that the cleaning happened only once a week. However, we can admit that it's normal for this area. We had some photos but we decided to not share them in order to not damage the reputation so dramatically. I'm totally sure that we'll never visit Palaziol again.
