    Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent waterfront location, close to a convenience store and several highly-rated restaurants. We were also very impressed by the cleanliness and variety of the swimming pool and sauna facilities. Cons: Unfortunately, the room cleanliness did not justify the price or match our expectations for a birthday trip. Upon arrival, the room looked fresh, but we quickly discovered 5 to 6 food crumbs on the main living room rug left by previous guests.We reported this to reception with photo evidence, requesting a reclean while we were out. When we returned, only part of the mess was cleared; crumbs behind the dining table remained completely untouched. While the front desk staff did apologize when we raised the issue again, their service attitude could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Verdict: Giving the hotel a second chance to clean and returning to find it still dirty was the most disappointing part of our stay. It unfortunately put a damper on our special celebration.

    For the price you pay at a secluded and far place, you'll be better off staying somewhere else. The staff are not properly trained and are super rude towards foreigners. Over *** per night for such subpar service is a disaster.
