Really good location on park.

Some signs of wear and tear, but didn’t affect our stay or impact our enjoyment of our break.

Good location, good size for 3 people Good facilities, everything worked. Good amount of utilities, cutlery, pans etc.

The caravan was in an ideal spot , located near the reception , shop & restaurant / bar but still a quiet area with no disruption. The outlay of the caravan regarding size & outside space was good

The main areas of the caravan were not clean The carpet in the lounge was full of stains and was filthy The kitchen facilities.....cutlery , plates, cups pans etc weren't clean ( even a spoon had been put away that had food on and licking marks ) .The kettle had floaters ....needs descaling or a new one ! We had a budget , so wanted to cook at least one night , unfortunately we felt eating out of the property was the only option . The beds and "whitish" towels had hairs on them on arrival not great when 1. There is a guest allergic 2. You have a 5 & 2 Years old who want to play on the floor !
