I had an incredible stay at hotel the moment we checked in , the staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive.

I like the staff always very friendly and helpful trying to solve any issues arising. I also like the fact that the room was very clean. No issues with that. Finally, the price was excellent for what I got.

Well, the most important thing is that they will tell I was sent to didn’t have anything to do with the one that I booked. And I will attach a picture of the hotel that will show you clearly that I was sent somewhere else. Compare the picture that is on booking.com of the hotel to the one where I was sent. Not very professional. I am not blaming the hotel for this but rather booking.com. That should definitely check when they advertise a hotel that you are sent to the one that you have booked. And as a matter fact, the address that is posted on booking.com is nothing like the one where I was sent. Another thing that was not a big issue for me, but it could be for other people is that the Internet connection in the room is poor.
