The hotel was very modern and clean and efficient
The TV reception was very poor, we were eventually provided with a 'smart box', as no channels were broadcasting clearly

Beautiful and spacious hotel interior design, extremely caring, always smiling and friendly well-trained staff (especially the front-desk officer Samandar (who always wanted to go out of the way to help me including reference letter for the bank account), comfortable room, lobby, gym, spa, jacuzzi and a food court right across the road, and a quiet neighbourhood

Beautiful and spacious hotel interior and room, extremely friendly, helpful and soft-spoken staff who are well-trained to deeply care about the hotel's customers' comforts, superb spacious gym, spa and pool facilities, outstanding breakfast, a food court and ATM right opposite the hotel across the road
There was repair work going on right outside the hotel's main gate which created noise occassionally

Прекрасное впечатление от Swissôtel Ташкент. Отдельная благодарность Эмилии на ресепшене — за внимание, доброжелательность и помощь с выбором номера и заселением. Отличные завтраки, внимательный персонал ресторана, замечательные спа и фитнес. Очень приятно, что забота о госте чувствуется во всём — от ресепшена до сотрудников у входа, которые всегда готовы помочь с багажом и такси.
