The place is spacious and great for family and group who want to stay near tomamu because the price is more affordable. the location is within Tomamu area near ski resort

So the apt is 3 floors. You enter on the 2nd floor, which is only a closet. Then there are narrow stairs going up to the 1 bedroom (on the 3rd floor), which has 4 beds and nothing else on that floor (no bathroom). Going down 2 flights of narrow stairs to the 1st floor is the living room and couch, which is ok to sleep on., and the bathroom and "kitchen". Its a very odd place, its not really a full apartment its more a loft that they added and converted. The main problem is carrying your luggage up and down the narrow stairs.
Also, there's some dodgy stuff going on regarding how to check in. I checked in at the desk which is normal in my mind; then I got a call from the apt 'owner' who yelled at me and said why didn't i just go to the apt and take the key from the lock box (which Agoda never sent to me).
Inside the apt, there is stuff everywhere. Kinda like someone lives there but then leaves for a few days and "rents it out".
Temperature also hard to control, and the heater you see in the pictures didn't work (or at least I couldn't figure it out). Nothing is in english.
You've got to get your own bed sheets and pillow cases also from the front desk, and put them on yourself.
