I loved the character rooms, my children really enjoyed seeing a different character in each room. They also enjoyed the pool very much. The beds were all very comfortable, the host responded in a timely manner and the house was put together nicely.
The dishes were a tad bit dirty upon arrival. Not completely dirty but not all the way clean so we had to wash them before using. I wish we could have heated the pool up. Also, the TV in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work or have signal as well as the TV in the princess room, it worked however we couldn’t connect the remote.
