The service. I was travelling alone and arrived at 10.45pm, I called to ask for help to locate it, I sent my live location but she said without looking that it was too dark and she couldn’t help me. Finally found the place, couldn’t open the lockbox, no response, had to call booking.com as I felt stranded. At midnight I got a response to inform me the lockbox number was different. I didn’t receive any apology, they came the next day and still no apology. No sense of urgency.
