Sarah's just renovated 2-bedroom aparts in nature

Rita und ihr Mann waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt! Check-in und Check-out sind durch den Schlüsselkasten am Haus so einfach, wie es nur geht. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. In den bequemen Betten hat man (vor allem durch die sehr ruhige Lage) wunderbar schlafen können. Was uns besonders überrascht hat, waren die bequemen Kissen, denn Kissen sind ja bekanntlich ein Thema für sich. Der Smart TV im Wohnzimmer hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Kühlschrank ist eiskalt, sodass man bei Sommertemperaturen eisgekühlte Getränke genießen kann. Alle Fenster und Balkontüren sind mit Rollläden ausgestattet, was für Sicherheit und Dunkelheit sorgt. Die Lage war für uns top, da man mit dem Mietwagen in 15 Minuten am Flughafen oder in der Innenstadt von Rhodos ist. Der belebte Teil von Ialysos sowie Tankstellen, Supermärkte, Apotheken, etc. sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Bis zum Strand von Tsambika ist es ca. eine halbe Stunde. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen, da die Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern optimal ist und durch die Terrasse viel Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen bietet.

Mūsų 5-ių asmenų šeima praleido nuostabų laiką šioje vietoje. Apartamentai nuomajami tik kelis mėnesius, tad viskas nauja, gražu ir tvarkinga. Čia galima rasti visko ko gali prireikti. Jei kažko trūksta, šeimininkai visada pasiruošę pagelbėti. Esame sužavėti šeimininke Rita, kuri yra labai šiltas ir nuoširdus žmogus, mylintis vaikus.

We were a bit concerned about the place when we first booked it, because it was new on booking.com and there was only one comment. But our concerns vanished as we reached the house. The location of the house is very convenient. It is just 5-10min. walk from the beach and 5-10min. drive from the old town, but the surrounding is very calm and the house is in the nature itself. There are 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants etc. just 5min. walk away. The drive to the house is a bit confusing for the first time, but the host sent us the exact maps location and navigation brought us to the house with no problem. The house has 2 room, a kitchen and a small living room, all equipped with everything you will need. All the stuff and appliances etc. at the house are brand new. There is a nice patio/terrace for eating outside. there are also sunbeds if you prefer to lay down outside. The garden is very wide, and there is a giant tree in it with a great shade. The garden is still being processed at the moment, so there are limited plants and flowers etc. for now, but I am sure it will be a great garden soon. The host lives at the same building, so whenever you need something, they are always ready to help you. They are both very kind, lovely and hard working. They are one of the best hosts I have met at Greek islands... In total, we stayed 3 nights at this house with kids and grandparents and it was even better than what we were expecting. We loved our stay very much. I am sure with time, having more visitors and great reviews, the place will be a much popular one.

As I have written above, the garden is still in progress. It's not like something is wrong, but I am sure, within few months, the garden will be full of plants and flowers and then the house will be just perfect :)
