Les Vertes Années - Apt Standing 4 Prs

It's a nice and comfortable apartment. The location is very convenient — it's close to the beach, but peaceful and safe. The living room and the balcony are spacious and bright. Beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay

Few minor issues: — The access situation was a bit weird: you need a black magnet key to open both the gate and the entrance door to the building. If one person goes home and another goes to she shop, the person with the key has to go downstairs to open the gate. We stayed with a kid and had to go back and forth with our little one. A spare magnet key would have made our stay easier. — No AC in the bedroom, only in the living room. We stayed in Antibes in the end of May and it was hot to sleep — the AC in the living room doesn't cool off the bedroom. I guess it will be worse during summer. — The doors to the bathroom and the toilet were squeaking loudly( — No parking. Somebody damaged our car's mirror, when we left it at the city parking. There were plenty of parking spots in front of the building though, but we didn't have the access behind the gate.
