I was check their 3 to 4 rooms. Every room is same issue they don’t have washrooms key
and ther staff behave is very bad. They said our room like this if you want to stay here and stay otherwise you can leave no issue.

would like to report an issue regarding the behavior of the hotel reception staff. Unfortunately, the receptionist treated me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The attitude and way of speaking were not appropriate for a hospitality environment.
As a guest, I expect respectful communication and proper customer service. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the standard that a hotel should provide to its guests.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and addressed to ensure better service for future guests.

We had a very bad experience, we travelled from another country after booking our hotel and once’s we reached then they said we don’t have your any booking, even though we received confirmed booking from Agoda. However now we don’t know is this app fake or them. It’s very bad when you reached at hotel middle of the night with your family and then they say they don’t have your booking.
