    We stayed for 2 nights to go hiking in the mountains. Issues: - Reception was never available, never even saw sb at that desk (which means also luggage is unprotected), id say there is no reception, self service only. - only communication in Korean (refuses to even use translate) - unprofessional, unhelpful communication from staff to any question, no explanation, just rants. - was not clean, bad smell when checking in, clearly vacant for long time.or bad plumbing - the hotel has no pool (belongs to other venue in the complex) and is 12€ per entry (not day), not including a seat or towel - tiny towels only, microfiber can be bought for 10€ - tiny, uncomfortable pillows (we had neck pain after day one) - unclear why pool is main advertising and 5 stars (not even 1 star European standard, sub-hotel level, hotel owns no pool) - the door locking system only works through website/link that is unprotected. Does not feel secure at all. - curtains are not black out, you rise with the sun Positive: - fast wifi (as everywhere) - good views - fairly spacious - closed door shower

    Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The location is unbeatable—the beach is straight across the road and offers a stunning view of the water. The highlight of the trip was definitely the amazing, unobstructed ocean view right from the room. Everything inside was incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

    3 nights here. Location is perfect!! Communication via kakao was really good. They were so kind, I asked more towels and they gave us :)

    When we arrived, the staff was very rude and not very welcoming. While we booked for a dubble bed, we got 2 single beds. There are never someone at the reception. The swimmingpool is not included, you would have to pay to use it. The location was the best of this stay, near Sokcho beach. Only if you're a good swimmer, they'll not allow you to swim without life jacket. You'll have to walk 1 hour north.
