    This is my second time staying in this lodge. Location is perfect for me, it is very close in the village and yet the location is perfect for those person who wants a quiet and not crowded. But don't expect too much on the hotel's facilities. Swimming pool is very small and always full.

    Only when we check in, were we informed there would be no hot water for 2 days from 8am -4 pm at this ski hotel. That was acceptable to us since we would be skiing during that time. But on the second day, the hotel ended up kept delaying the provision of hot water. At first, we were told hot water would be available at 5 pm, then 6 pm…6:30 pm… at the end, e were told hot water was finally available at around 7:30 pm. all the guests were upset because no one could shower after skiing/ sauna and had to postpone or cancel dinner reservations… everyone was just waiting in their rooms and hoping hot water works be available soon. When it was finally available at around 7:30 pm, only maybe half the guests were able to have a hot shower because they ran out of hot water when everyone was competing for it… as for us, we had to cancel dinner with friends and our room did not have hot water the whole evening so we had to go to bed after skiing and sauna without a shower!
