Great Location if the goal is to stay on beach

The building is beach front but not the apartment itself

An amazing stay! The location was fantastic, and the apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered—even coffee and sugar were provided. The host (or property manager), Frane, was exceptional—friendly, incredibly responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He stayed in touch with us even before our arrival because we had a few questions. On top of that, our flight landed very early in the morning, and we’re extremely grateful that Frane kindly accommodated us by allowing an early check-in as soon as we arrived. He personally welcomed us, even though he had already sent us detailed self-check-in instructions beforehand. I almost wish we had more questions during our stay because he encouraged us to contact him about absolutely anything—not just issues related to the apartment, but anything at all. We’ve met very few people as genuinely kind and helpful as Frane. He’s an absolute gem! The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything you could ask for: a washing machine, dishwasher, water heater, microwave, stovetop, oven, extractor hood, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, fully stocked kitchen, and even an iron and ironing board. Everything was clearly designed with guests’ comfort in mind. We especially appreciated having a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies available, as they made it easy to keep the apartment clean during our longer stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach. There’s also a grocery store in the same building, as well as a drugstore similar to Rossmann or Hebe. We also really enjoyed all the sports facilities and the excellent infrastructure around the city beach. We only needed public transport a couple of times during our stay. One of the bus stops is just a short walk from the apartment, and Bus No. 15 is particularly convenient.

The only minor downside was that the internet connection wasn’t always stable. Some days it worked perfectly, while at other times it became quite unreliable and would disconnect every couple of minutes.
