We booked 5 rooms for 1 night. The room is quite spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodative to our need. Location near by Zhuhai Railway station and Gong Bei Port which made easily accessible to Macau. Recommended for others to stay in this hotel.

桔子酒店值得推荐，名副其实整个就一踏进就满满桔子香。沐浴露，洗发露一，牙膏也全是桔子味的。很贴心房间里也有准备一个桔子味的香氛，需要的可以插电启动。由于我们下一站是澳门，所以地点对于我们是很方便，很靠近拱北口岸。这里去附近的夜市也就10来分钟，每晚10点后走出街口也有好几档小贩可以购买。整体来都是很满意，下次还会入住其他分店

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon check-in, the front desk staff aggressively tried to upsell me on a room upgrade. After I declined, they deliberately assigned me to the loudest room imaginable—right above a KTV. The music blasted non-stop until 3 or 4 AM, making sleep impossible. By 5 AM, I could clearly hear people talking on the phone near the elevator. And just when you think it can’t get worse, at 8 AM, the laundry room vibrations start shaking through the pillow and into your brain! Aside from the unbearable noise, the so-called "smart" technology in this hotel is downright idiotic. The room doesn’t automatically turn on the lights when you check in—you have to use a Chinese voice command, and there are no instructions whatsoever. The smart control system also won't let you turn on or off the bathroom light separately—any lighting adjustment might also turn on the bedside lights, disturbing your companion's sleep. To make matters worse, the smart display doesn’t dim automatically, and at 8 AM, it emits an intense glow that makes sleeping impossible. After much trial and error, I finally figured out that you can only turn off the screen using an obscure button or another Chinese voice command. Overall, this was a terrible experience. You will not get a good night's sleep here—especially if you're staying with someone else. A room like this does not deserve to be part of a hotel, let alone an "upscale mid-range" brand like Orange Hotel under Huazhu Group. For the love of God, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

2 Check in luggage open and not much space left for walking. Much smaller than Guangzhou outlet. No convenience stall within walking distance, very terrible. Near to border gate about rmb $10-13 Didi(grab) ride. Will not choose this outlet again. Will pick someone more convenient to grab some food.
