Peaceful area near historic saltaire

Very cheap

Had a bit of a nightmare. Got there to find there was no house number on the booking. We spent 30 mins driving around and ringing to try get hold of the person. Eventually got through and he gave us a completely different address. The house we booked certainly didnt exist on the street we was given. We went to new property and told the other house wasnt ready so they upgraded to another at higher value. There was no plates, bowls, 1 cup, bathroom handle fell off, house was not in a great state but it was clean. TV had no remote so couldnt use it. The 2 double beds were comfortable but the single in box room was poor so my son ended up going to sleep at his grandparents for the night, he could have slept on the bed if he didnt have another option but he did. Luckily for us it was only a base for a getting ready and sleeping in as we was at a wedding all day. They did let us check in early. If it is just somewhere to sleep then its fine, it was very cheap so dont want any money back but anyone that would want to cook meals or spend a fair bit of time in then i would think twice. Would I stay again? Yeah if it was for this sort of stay, couple of hours waiting for the wife and daughter to get ready in and then to just sleep in yes. It was a bargain for that at only £45 for the night. We did wonder why it was so cheap for a family of 4. If I needed to spend more time than we did in it then no I wouldnt. We arnt reviewing to moan but to make other aware. We didnt take any photos as we arnt bothered about any sort of refund.
