    Had a nice stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is quite convenient(near to the mall and public transport). Really enjoyed the pool area, the view is very nice and can see KLCC clearly. Nice place to just chill and relax for a short staycation. There is a RM300 deposit required during check-in, but the process was okay. After we checked out and they inspected the room, everything was fine and the deposit was fully refunded. The lift can be a bit slow during the afternoon, especially around checkout time, so might need to wait awhile. But the host actually informed us earlier about the busy timing and advised us to avoid the peak period, which was very helpful. Really appreciate that 👍🏻 Overall had a pleasant stay. Would consider staying again👌🏻

    I travel to KL with my family, they are happy and having a great time staying here! The location was good and I think is suitable for city walk as nearby have monorail. But the lift sometimes will be very slow and frustrated us but overall good 👍🏻

    Really enjoyed my stay at Holma. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they were always happy to assist with my requests. Great hospitality and a pleasant stay overall. Highly recommended!

    We had a pleasant stay with Holma. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the overall stay was smooth and enjoyable. The host was also friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. However, we felt that the parking fee was quite expensive. The team kindly suggested an alternative parking area outside the building, which is around a 3–5 minute walk away. We decided to park outside the building instead — luckily, we didn’t get a saman! 😂 Just to be fair, I understand that the parking charges are under the building management and are not related to the Holma team. Overall, we had a good experience and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you to the Holma team for the hospitality! 😊
