Great hotel and high value for the price. Entry to the rail is just outside the hotel. The hotel is also surrounded by many eateries and little shops. Free laundry was very helpful

This is the only ever my booking through Agoda thas WAS NOT recognized by showing passport. I have to show the agoda booking and after sometime was given the smaller size room saying that Agoda application not updated. All the room are full, can not change the room today ( labor holiday). Still shocked we booked four season family room but having standard 2 twin bed (1.5m each) Then I go down to lobby trying to negotiate if tomorrow we can change to bigger room. I think due to avoid long confrontation using english (none staff speak english). So I type wechat to easier conversation. Suddenly we give the right Four season room (1.8m and 1.5m bed). We also not recognized that our booking includes breakfast, asking for money. Annoyed, negotiate again to check, but seems staff avoid debates in english, they given us access. The day after, breakfast was smooth, but when I went back after toilet break accross the dining room access, staff asking my eligibility right. The behaviour of all the staff are emphasized on checking, checking and checking only.. .. Btw the breakfast standard low, no meat such as ham, or sausages.only 1 chinese food. The rest are veggies, carbs, carbs, and fruits. Yes what I like yoghurt machine was available. I bought 20 items of Tao Bao packages deliverd at hotel and all of them are completely received. Thanks Hotel ! This is the only hotel that they checking one by one package to make sure I am the right recipient (which is the good way) while other hotels are ignorant. Locationwise is very good, integrated with mall and a big size supermarket only to find it on the last day, previously we only find small limited supermarket. The mall offers various budgeted restaurants which good options. My suggestion for hotel to improve the communication to not chinese proficient guests such as us, by giving basic hotel information tips via we chat, as we are asked to ask hotel wechat account. Info such as breakfast place, time, was not given anywhere. I notice most guests are locals, so this hotel not that friendly towards non chinese proficient speaker. Unlike most of reviews when we check out, they are given keychain. We are not. This is my brutally honest review.
