This unique apartment spans three floors and is located in the charming “Kapitänshaus Thule,” which underwent extensive renovation in 2020–21. The historic building blends perfectly into the picturesque dune landscape below the water tower and combines traditional East Frisian architectural style with modern accents. The house is situated in an idyllic setting, right in one of East Frisia’s most popular vacation regions.
The apartment impresses with its high level of comfort and spacious floor plan. With its own entrance area on the mezzanine level, it offers both tranquility and comfortable living at the highest level.
The living area is located on the first floor and features large, beautiful floor-to-ceiling lattice windows that offer a wonderful view of the dunes. A wood-burning stove enhances the room’s cozy atmosphere. The open, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area are integrated here. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and many other kitchen utensils. From the living room, you have access to the raised-ground-floor terrace, which is furnished with comfortable seating and an awning. There is also a storage room on the first floor.
