The condo has panoramic ocean views and overlooks the 18th. fairway of the world renown Kona Country Club Golf Course. The complex has 3 pools, each with a jacuzzi and views. Also available for your use 2 tennis courts and striped pickleball court. Resort style living without the extra fees. It is a 5
minute walking distance to the Keauhou Shopping Center. It includes a movie theater complex, multiple restaurants and Farmer's market Saturdays, Longs pharmacy and KTA supermarket for your convenience. Quality and luxury combined, this condo unit 209, is spectacular. Sunset views from the master bedroom, kitchen/living area and lanai will leave you awestruck. Overlooking the 18th. fairway, with lush landscaping and tropical flowers and a spectacular ocean view and the best ever sunset views. Newly installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the unit.
