* Are pool armbands required? Yes. Pool armbands are required for access to applicable resort pool facilities and are provided inside the condo.

* Is the outdoor pool deck open? The outdoor pool deck is closed during the current resort improvement project which is scheduled to end in March 2027. Please do not plan your stay around access to the outdoor pools, swim-up bar, or poolside amenities while this work is underway.
* Is the indoor pool available? The resort has advised that the indoor pool will remain open during the improvement project, with access through the Indigo garage. Availability remains subject to resort management and maintenance.
* Does the resort have a fitness center? Yes. North Beach Resort offers a fitness center for guests.
* Does the resort have a spa? Yes. Cinzia Spa offers massages, facials, and other treatments for an additional charge.
* Are there restaurants at the resort? Yes. The resort property includes dining options such as 21 Main Prime Steakhouse. Other resort dining facilities may operate seasonally.
* Are there any hidden fees? No. There are no required surprise costs or resort fees beyond the charges disclosed when you book. We can also connect you with local partners offering beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and baby furniture rentals for an additional charge.
* Do we need to bring bed linens or bath towels? No. Bed linens and bath towels are included with your stay.
* Is parking included? Yes. Free parking is included for two vehicles. You will receive two parking passes for the condo. Please do not write on the passes, and return them to the condo before departure to avoid a replacement charge. Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not permitted at the property. Please arrange alternate parking if needed.
* Are pool armbands required? Yes. Pool armbands are required for access to applicable resort pool facilities and are provided inside the condo.
* Can we bring coolers onto the pool deck? No. The resort does not permit coolers on the pool deck when it is open. However, coolers may be taken onto the beach.
* Do we have to clean, make the beds, or wash the linens before departure? No, you're on vacation! Our professional cleaning team will handle the turnover after your stay.
* Are pets allowed? Pets are not permitted at the resort under HOA rules, subject to applicable service-animal requirements.
* Is smoking or vaping allowed? No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. If smoking occurs and additional cleaning or odor remediation is required, a $250 fee may be assessed under the booking terms.
* Are pots, pans, dishes, and utensils provided? Yes. The kitchen is equipped with the basic cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils needed to prepare and enjoy meals.
* Do you provide food, coffee, condiments, or groceries? No. This is a self-catering condo, so guests should bring their own food, beverages, coffee supplies, condiments, and other consumables.
* How far is Barefoot Landing? Barefoot Landing is approximately 1–2 miles from the resort, depending on your route.
