About this apartment rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 42 m² air-conditioned house in Argelès-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor
- A storage area
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.
Outside:
- A north-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Argelès-sur-Mer central beach 1km away (about 15 minutes on foot)
- Le Racou, a small coastal village with picturesque houses, 3.5km away
- Numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby
- Perpignan 25km away
- Collioure 7km away
- Vallée des Tortues in Sorède 10km away
- Mas Larrieu nature reserve, 4km away
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer station, 2km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes airport, 41km away
