Pet Policy
We love welcoming your entire family—including dogs! To ensure a great experience for all guests, please review the following pet guidelines:
• A one-time pet fee of $75 for the first dog, and $25 for each additional dog (up to 3 dogs maximum) will apply.
• This fee does not cover damage or excessive cleaning. Guests will be charged for issues such as soiled rugs, chewed furniture, or other damage.
• To prevent damage, dogs must be kenneled when unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Only dogs or certified service animals are permitted. No cats, birds, reptiles, or other pets are allowed.
• Excessive barking or disturbances may result in a noise complaint and, if necessary, involvement from Indian Point Police Department. In severe cases, guests may be asked to vacate without a refund.
