One complimentary parking space is available at the Miami Parking Authority – Courthouse Garage, located at 40 NW 3rd Street, Miami, FL 33128
(about a 2-minute walk / 400 feet from the building lobby).
To enjoy free parking, the vehicle must exit and re-enter the garage at least once every 24 hours.
Additional parking spaces are available for $15 per day per vehicle.
Please note:
-There are no daily resort fees, and on-site parking is not available on-site.
-Unit access is through key fobs. Lost/non-returned key-fobs will result in a $50 + admin fee expense.
