Most properties on the California coast are located on the east (land) side of Hwy 1, but this condo is located on the ocean side of Hwy 1.

- The primary room features a King bed
- The second room has two Twin beds.

The full kitchen gives you the freedom to enjoy home-cooked meals or quick snacks between beach outings, and the washer/dryer ensures your swimsuits and beach clothes stay fresh and dry during your stay.

California Coastal Commission does not allow any construction so close to the Pacific Ocean coastline anymore. This is one of the rare properties that was built before the regulations were enacted. This also means that this is an older property and there are limits placed on how much it can be renovated.
The property is well maintained but you are not going to find the most modern conveniences like an elevator, central HVAC.

- There’s no air conditioning, as the proximity to the cold Pacific ocean keeps the temperatures usually well below 70 degrees. The natural coastal breeze provides the perfect alternative, allowing you to fully embrace the beauty of your surroundings. Even during summer, we recommend you to bring layers as it can get cold.

Heads up: Some of the units are on the second floor, and stairs are required. Limited ground floor requests are accepted (subject to availability) based on physical or medical needs.

Other things to note:
- The walk from the unit to the beach is around 500 feet.
- The guest who books the stay must be 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the guest who will be arriving first should make the reservation.
- Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit of six guests
- The apartment is located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit; the exact unit is assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- There is no elevator, so if the unit assigned to you is on the second floor, you will have to use stairs.
