This lovingly furnished villa, with 149 square meters of living space and a large heated pool, is located just a few minutes’ drive from Cape Harbor Marina, golf courses, and shopping plazas. Thanks to its very central location, you can reach your destinations very quickly. FE-CH
In 2020, the exterior of Villa Mark was repainted, and in 2021, the rooms and the pool deck were repainted.
The pool deck faces west and also features a south-facing sunbathing area with 3 lounge chairs.
The seating area on the terrace, which seats 6 people, is sheltered from the wind and sun in a niche.
A gas grill is available for your use. The spacious terrace and pool area is covered by a mosquito net to protect against mosquitoes. This allows you to enjoy the area well into the night after sunset, when the temperatures are pleasantly mild.
The property, which spans over 930 square meters, is fenced off in the garden area, providing privacy from prying eyes.
A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Attached to the house is a garage for your rental car, which is accessible directly from the house.
The house offers ample space for up to 5 people.
In the spacious living/dining room, you’ll find an LCD TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player, cable TV, and a home theater system. In addition, all 3 bedrooms have TVs with Chromecast connectivity.
