The Space:

This two story vacation home offers a practical and spacious layout designed for comfortable group travel. Upon entering the home on the first floor, guests are welcomed by a bright front living room that works well as a reception or quiet sitting area. A hallway leads further into the home where a convenient half bathroom is located before reaching the main living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a television, creating the central gathering space for the group.



The kitchen sits adjacent to the living area and offers ample space for preparing meals during your stay. Next to the kitchen, the dining area provides a comfortable setting for group dinners, casual breakfasts, or evening conversations after a day exploring Orlando.



The outdoor screened patio area features a private pool and spa, along with seating and a table for outdoor relaxation. A BBQ grill is also available, allowing guests to enjoy casual outdoor meals during their stay.



Upstairs, all six bedrooms are located on the second floor, giving the home a clear separation between social areas and sleeping spaces. At the top of the stairs, a small upstairs living area provides an additional space to relax, watch television, or unwind. A laundry closet with washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this level.



Bedroom one features a Toy Story themed room with a twin bunk bed, making it a fun space for younger guests. Nearby is bedroom two with a queen bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom located between them.



Bedroom three includes a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom, providing a comfortable private suite. Bedroom four features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom five is a Harry Potter themed room with two twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom six includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom as well, completing the home’s six bedroom layout.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
