About this house rental
Excellent house with garden and pool just a few blocks from the Jockey Club and San Isidro Golf. Ground floor: 2 living rooms, dining for 8, kitchen with breakfast area, and guest toilet. Mid level: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 office. Master with California king bed, en suite jacuzzi, and private lounge. Top floor: 1 bedroom with queen and single, plus gym with sofa and TV. Garden, pool, outdoor area, grill, and fridge.
The house is located in the heart of the exclusive Las Lomas de San Isidro residential neighborhood, one of the most prestigious areas in Zona Norte. It is a very peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery and offering an excellent quality of life. The block has 24-hour security and the neighborhood is strategically located just minutes from the Panamericana access and only 25 minutes from downtown Buenos Aires. The property is situated on Hudson at the 500 block, in a privileged area, just a few minutes from the San Isidro Racetrack and the renowned San Isidro Golf Club, perfect for those who enjoy sports, open spaces, and outdoor living. Nearby you'll also find the iconic San Isidro Cathedral, the historic Quinta Los Ombúes, Villa Ocampo, parks, top-tier cafés and restaurants, as well as the San Isidro Riverside, ideal for walks and outdoor activities by the river. The house offers a premium experience with a private pool and included cleaning service, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy, and a high-end stay in one of the best areas of Greater Buenos Aires.
The owners usually live in the house, and the service staff has been working on the property for 15 years.
A house of this style and size requires constant maintenance. The idea is for our guests to relax and enjoy without worries. For this reason, housekeeping and gardening/pool services are included and are not optional.
Housekeeping will be provided 3 times per week (Monday–Wednesday–Friday, except holidays), and the gardener/pool service once per week on Thursdays.
* Parties or events: Not allowed.
* Noise: Please keep noise levels moderate, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
House care:
* Do not move heavy furniture without authorization.
* Avoid leaving food outdoors (it may attract animals).
Pool: Use at the guest’s own responsibility.
Children must always be supervised by an adult.
* Garden: Do not throw cigarette butts or trash.
* Smoke-free home: ashtrays are available outside (a penalty will apply if smoking indoors).
* Security: Please lock all doors when leaving.
* Damages: Please report any damage during your stay.
