This is not a property designed solely for short-term rental: it is our home, cared for and lived in throughout the year. During select periods, we open its doors so other families can enjoy a stay focused on rest, privacy, and comfort in a privileged location.

If you have any special request not listed here, we are always available. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

**Included Services**

For a truly relaxing experience, the house includes trusted staff as part of your stay:

* Housekeeping: 3 times a week (weekdays).
*Garden and Pool Maintenance: 1 time a week.

Our team has been working with us for years, operating with complete discretion and independence. There is no need to coordinate their entry.



To preserve the harmony of the surroundings and the family nature of the property, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

* **Guests:** Families or responsible adults only. Groups of young adults/youth groups are not accepted.
* **Primary Guest:** The person making the reservation must be present throughout the entire stay.
* **Events:** Parties and large-scale events are strictly prohibited. Visitors are allowed with prior notice.
* **Music and Noise:** Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor areas.
* **Quiet Hours:**
* **Weekdays:** 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
* **Weekends:** 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM


* **Private Areas:** There is a locked section reserved exclusively for the owners' use; the rest of the house is fully available for your stay.
* **General Care:** We kindly ask that you treat the property with care and respect.
