The Space:

Step inside and discover a vacation home designed for comfort and entertainment. The main floor welcomes you with a spacious Living Area, featuring a large sectional sofa and a 75-inch Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open layout seamlessly connects to the dining and kitchen areas, creating a social hub for gatherings. The Downstairs Master Suite offers a private sanctuary with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom, all complemented by a 55-inch Smart TV.

Upstairs, the Entertainment Loft provides another big sectional for entertainment, movies nights, 75-inch TV, ideal for gaming or enjoying a movie with the Kids away from the main living area. Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable retreat. The Queen Bedroom and Second Queen Bedroom offer queen beds and 42-inch Smart TVs. The Boys Bedroom features a bunk bed with a full and twin bed, along with a 42-inch Smart TV, while the Girls Bedroom provides two twin beds and a 42-inch Smart TV. While the primary draw is the proximity to Disney (approximately 11-16 miles), the neighborhood itself provides a peaceful retreat after a day of theme park excitement. Enjoy the tranquility of a residential area with easy access to all the action. Explore the surrounding area to discover local parks and recreational areas, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Please note that while we're close to many attractions, the immediate neighborhood is primarily residential, offering a quiet and safe environment for your family.



Getting Around:

Getting Around: While a car is recommended for exploring the Orlando area, we've got you covered with parking! Free parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive. Alternatively, Sanford International Airport (SFB) is about a 45-60 minute drive, 5 to 10 min Posner Park shopping center, Cinepolis luxury Cinemas, restaurants, near Publix supermarkets, also one to two hours of beachs like a Tampa, Ana Maria Island, clear water beach, siesta key, Public transportation options are limited in this area, so ride-sharing services or rental cars are the most convenient ways to get around.

Checkout Time:

Checkout time is 10:00 AM sharp. This allows our cleaning team enough time to prepare the home for the next guests.



Parking:

Please make sure all vehicles are removed from the community parking area before checkout time to avoid any issues with the community management.



Trash Disposal:

All trash must be taken to the bins containers(almost directly in front of it).

Trash must not be left inside the home.



If excessive trash is left inside the property or not disposed of properly, an $100 trash removal fee may be charged.



Before You Leave:



Please wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.



Place used towels in the bathroom.



Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances.



Set the thermostat to 75°F in summer / 70°F in winter.



Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.



Important Notice:

Please double-check the property before leaving to make sure you have all your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any items left behind after checkout.
