About this apartment rental
Designed for easy, low-fuss stays, the studio offers a comfortable place to rest and reset between outings. The open-plan layout brings the sleeping and living areas together in one streamlined space, with a queen bed and a sofa bed for added flexibility. Split-system air conditioning and heating help ensure restful nights, while minimal furnishings keep the space practical and uncluttered.
The kitchenette is set up for simple use, ideal for quick breakfasts or light meals before heading out. It includes a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, and coffee machine, along with a dining table for four. After meals, step outside to the private patio, where an outdoor seating nook provides a relaxed corner to enjoy some fresh air.
The bathroom is clean and functional, featuring a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. A private laundry with a washer and dryer is also available, making longer visits more convenient.
Parking is provided in the shared garage, with one allocated space. As the studio is located beneath the owner’s residence, some noise from above may occasionally be heard.
Please take note that the parking space can only accommodate small and regular vehichles(sedan), if you have an oversized car we can make arrangements to request outdoor parking at a cost.
During your stay, you’ll have the entire ground floor studio to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Please note that the owner and her family live upstairs, and the garage is shared with them.

Just a short walk from the studio, a cluster of casual eateries sits around QUT Kelvin Grove Campus, including Siam Spice for Thai favourites, Vietnam Corner for Vietnamese classics, Momo Bento for quick Japanese-style meals, Burger Urge, and Donana Mini Hot Pot. Everyday essentials are easily covered at The Village Shopping Centre, only a six-minute walk away.
For an evening out, La Boite Theatre is around an eight-minute walk, offering dramas and comedies by one of Australia’s most established theatre companies, complete with an on-site bar. Victoria Park is also nearby for open green space and walks, while Brisbane’s CBD is just a short drive away—opening up a broader mix of restaurants, bars, and nightlife when you want to venture further.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
