The house is well maintained, and the rooms are clean, well-lit, and comfortable. The staff is extremely cooperative and always ready to help, making the stay feel almost like being at home. I would especially like to appreciate Sant Kumar Pandey and Mohit for their hospitality and for ensuring that my stay was comfortable. One important point for future guests: the property has five rooms in total, of which only three have attached washrooms, while two have shared washrooms. If you are traveling with family, it is advisable to confirm the room details before booking. The location is another major advantage. It is very close to the UPPCS examination hall/camp office, making it an ideal place for candidates appearing for the mains examination and staying for 3–4 days. The homely environment and access to a kitchen make it convenient to prepare simple meals as needed.

There was, however, an initial issue with my booking. Due to multiple bookings being made for the same room on Booking.com, I was unable to get the room I had reserved. Fortunately, the owner, Shivam, promptly addressed the situation and shifted me to my desired room from the second day onward.
