Kipling Court 1, Fairview, Lusaka

My stay at Kipling Court 1 was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. The apartment is beautifully maintained, with gleaming tiled floors throughout and a spacious, tastefully finished layout that immediately made me feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen was a real highlight — it was spotless and a pleasure to use. The private balcony was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, offering a peaceful view and fresh air after a day out in the city. I especially appreciated the air-conditioning and the hot tub, which turned this into more of a luxury retreat than a simple overnight stop. Streaming services and a flat-screen TV we’re good to have, unfortunately I didn’t have time to enjoy these but I certainly will in future. Free WiFi throughout was fast and reliable, ideal for staying connected and catching up on work, and the free private on-site parking made arriving and departing completely stress-free. The location in Fairview is fantastic! What really sets Kipling Court 1 apart is the sheer level of care put into every detail — from the spotless bathrooms to the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. It's clear why this property holds such an outstanding guest rating My own experience only reinforced that reputation. Whether you're visiting Lusaka for business or leisure, this apartment delivers comfort, convenience, and value!

Nothing to dislike!

The Host is a lovely, kind and hospitable person, she made everything very easy for me when checking in and leaving. Her accommodation is beautiful and central to shopping centres. I really will be back. The security guard is also a great bonus, I felt very safe.

There were hot water issue for my shower.

Excellent apartment, with high-quality furnishings and great amenities. The hosts were extraordinary—very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay in their home. The location is fantastic—in a central area and very quiet. The experience was so good that we decided to come back a week later on our way home from our trip. Highly recommended.
