    We had booked a superior room but they gave us a standard room intentionally. We found that out later on and when we told them this during the checkout they lied blatantly that no that was the superior room then later they apologised and accepted. Anyways rest was alright.

    Cockroaches found dead and crawling both in serving table 2 times. We have asked them to clean the rooms three times.. but not a single time they arrived.. view is okay.. food is below average.
