The kitchen was comfortable and well equipped, the location of the apartment was very good.
Communication with the staff was extremely unprofessional, and when I called them a couple of times regarding the payment, they were even rude. They gave us the apartment address and check-in code only an hour before arrival. The apartment wasn't clean; when we entered, we found two cockroaches, terrible.
