Chị host nhiệt tình, nhà sạch sẽ và đầy đủ đồ dùng hằng ngày.
1. Bạn quản gia tới checkout lúc 11h30. Nhà mình đang soạn đồ thì bạn bấm chuông để đi vào, giống như muốn đuổi khách vậy. Mình hiểu giờ đó là giờ checkout rất đông nên có thể bạn đi checkout dần trước, nhưng bạn nên nhắn tin cho mình “ chị ơi một xíu nữa em check out đông bận quá nên có thể phiền chị cho em check phòng sớm 1 xíu được không”. Mình luôn welcome mà. Dù sao thì khách cũng đâu khó khăn mấy cái này, nhưng mình cũng làm dịch vụ nên mình không đồng ý với cách làm của bạn quản gia lắm. 2. Khi mình checkin thì trong tủ lạnh còn 1 chai nước suối đang uống dở, gia đình mình cũng không dám uống nhưng có vẻ chủ nhà check phòng chưa kỹ. Còn lại thì ok ạ
