Good soundproofing, friendly staff.

It's a bit far from the center, but that doesn't seem to be a concern.

This is a love hotel designed for short stays so you don't have wardrobes to hang your stuff. However it is a near new hotel with luxurious facilities like sauna in room, big bath, and gorgeous decor and friendly staff. Very clean, very new. Offered cash back in lieu of breakfasts which suited us and them I think (great pho place across the road run by a lovely older couple). Also good, big, and reasonably priced family-run restaurant same side toward city.

A bit far out on busy roads and takes maybe 45 min from CBD but grab fares are reasonable. The Google and Grab GPS for the hotel is wrong (takes about 300m past so keep looking and tell driver where to stop). No big deal, we just walked the few minutes back. They only give you one coffee and one tea sachet per day instead of two! However, they seem to be still learning especially with foreign guests (they are probably keen for feedback) so be patient. You will probably need their help in using the TV and aircon as no English instructions (yet).

Chuyến công tác của tôi khá thành công, một phần nhờ nhân viên khách sạn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, từ thuê xe đến hưỡng dẫn tôi quán ăn uống. Phòng rất sang trọng, tương đương với khách sạn 2,3 sao tôi đã từng ở. Món ăn sáng là phở, hủ tiếu Việt Nam, tôi ăn rất hợp mặc dù tôi là người vùng miền khác đi công tác.
