I had a really comfortable stay in this studio in Binh Thanh. The location is quiet and in a local residential area, not touristy at all, which I really liked. It’s perfect if you want to relax after a busy day. There’s also a big supermarket nearby where you can find everything and pay by card, which was very convenient. The apartment is newly renovated, very clean, and feels brand new. The building is secure, and the studio has everything you need for comfortable living — a full kitchen, big fridge, AC, fan, laundry, king-size bed, sofa, and a huge closet with lots of shelves. The kitchen is great if you like to make your own meals — I could easily prepare breakfast there. The bathroom is also modern and very clean, with good hot and cold water and a nice mirror with LED lighting. One thing I really liked (and haven’t seen before) is the soft light coming from the balcony at night. If you leave the curtains open, the room has a gentle, warm glow — not bright, but enough so it’s not completely dark. It was actually very comfortable, especially at night if you need to get up without turning on the lights. I originally booked for 7 days just to check it out, but already on the second day I extended my stay — that says a lot. The landlord is very kind and easy to communicate with. We used WhatsApp, and she always replied quickly. It was especially helpful in situations like when I locked myself out — she helped right away. If you need something that’s not in the apartment, just ask. In my case, she arranged an iron and a desk chair. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, which gave me peace of mind. The studio is also suitable for small families thanks to the space and setup.

Don’t expect a 5-star hotel view — the balcony doesn’t really have a view. However, it is very private, and no one can see into the apartment, which I personally appreciated. You also need to bring your own towels, slippers, and personal bathroom items. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.
