清潔で、ベッドもふかふかで気持ちよかったです。 練馬駅から徒歩で5-6分とアクセスもよく、電子レンジや洗濯機なども完備されていてとても過ごしやすかったです。オーナーさんの返信も早く、当日の急な予約でしたが安心して滞在できました。 周辺には、通なお店がたくさんあり、価格もリーズナブルで、本当の東京を楽しむのにぴったりです。
同じ建物内にカラオケをするお店があるようで少し音が聞こえるかもしれません。ただし、デリケートな方でなければ問題なく過ごせる程度だと思います。宿泊施設側で清潔な使い捨ての耳栓を用意してくれていましたが、私たちは使うことなく普通に眠りました。 滞在費用のリーズナブルさや駅へのアクセスの良さ、施設の清潔さ、周辺のお店の魅力を考えれば完全に許容範囲内です。
