Villa sul mare di Cupra

We stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach. Having the entire property to ourselves made it perfect for a small family, and there was private parking available. The owners were absolutely lovely, we got to know the son (Fabio) during our stay, and he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which gave us real peace of mind knowing we had reliable hosts if we needed anything.

As shown in the images, the house is a little dated and could benefit from some modernisation. The staircase is very narrow and steep, so it may not be suitable for anyone. There is also no air conditioning, although fans are provided in almost every room, which helped during the warmer weather. The parking space is also quite tight and may not be suitable for larger vehicles.

Posizione eccellente, con una bella vista sul mare e a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia a piedi. Casa fornitissima. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma i ventilatori posti in ogni stanza sono stati davvero utili. Accoglienza perfetta.

Per noi è stato tutto perfetto. L’unico piccolo neo sono le scale per salire al primo piano, che sono ripide. Per chi ha difficoltà motorie, possono rappresentare un ostacolo. Per chi ha figli piccoli, invece, è presente un cancelletto di sicurezza.

Ottima posizione, casa provvista di ogni cosa dalla biancheria alle capsule del caffè. Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile. Spiaggia libera o attrezzata a 3 minuti a piedi dalla casa.

Come da descrizione manca l'aria condizionata ma sono presenti ventilatori i ogni stanza. Scala ripida per salire al reparto notte (scalini alti e stretti), non adatti per chi ha difficoltà motorie.
