Alighieri room

Great location, fully equipped apartment including a washing machine and drying rack. Host was wonderful

Nothing to dislike

It is a very new apartment in the centre of Ravenna, walking distance from the railway station and all the sights (except Classe of course). It is has a well equipped kitchen, and even a laundry machine and a small terrace. It is on the ground floor (no need for an elevator, away from the street, therefore very quiet. The owner is very friendly. A tip for cruise-goers starting from Ravenna Cruise Port: take the shuttle bus (organised by the Ravenna Tourist board) to bring you to the ship. The stop NH-hotel Ravenna is next door to the apartment

Nothing

This was my very first stay using Booking and I was unfamiliar with the expected messaging protocol, so it took some extra time to actually connect at the train station. (15-20 minutes?) A short walk from the train station to the lovely apartment & brief personal tour of the facilities. Private, Secure, Convenient (parking if needed), Cleanliness = 10.

I chose the convenience of access from the train station over other locations that were perhaps more central to other sites. I do not regret my choice and would not hesitate to choose this site again. It is a walking town, so get walking and explore, or rent some wheels.
