I had a positive stay. The location was convenient, the place was clean, calm, and quiet, and it matched the photos well. Check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking available. The hosts were friendly, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout the stay.
One thing to note is that the listing described the bathroom as private, while it was actually shared with another guest room. The hosts let me know about this the day before my arrival, and it wasn't a problem for me.

Beds were very comfortable. Large, beautiful bathroom.
When we arrived it was unclear where to park or enter house, shared entry, kitchenette but no chairs or place to sit. Garden view? Bare yard with chickens. Noisy traffic.
